Your monthly rent includes:

Yes! Though furniture rentals are included, you may bring your own furniture if you prefer.

We offer a basic cable and internet plan with Summit Broadband as our service provider. You may incur the costs of your own service provider if no additional alterations are done with the building and unit.

Yes! We welcome cats and dogs.

  • Pet Rent: $75 per unit per month

  • Pet Fee: $100 nonrefundable per unit

  • Limit: Up to 2 pets per unit (cats or dogs) with the maximum individual weight of 50lbs.

  • Application Fee: $85 (nonrefundable)

  • Admin Fee: $200 (refundable; applied toward your security deposit)

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, minus your credited $200 admin fee.

Rent is paid electronically through your RentCafe tenant portal.

Yes, and you may choose any insurance provider you prefer with $100,000 worth of coverage.

Vintage Grove’s office is located at 2857 Entry Point Blvd, Unit 101, Kissimmee, FL 34747 Just outside the gates of Westgate Vacation Villas Resort.

Blue Tree’s office is located at 12035 Cypress Run Dr, Orlando, FL 32836 in the Activities Center, Lemon building right next to Westgate Blue Tree Resort registration office.

Leisure’s office is located at 6558 Villa De Costa Dr, Orlando, FL 32821 in between building F and G.

Palace’s office is located at 6145 Carrier Dr, 1508B, Orlando, FL 32819 in Tower B. After you pass through the gate, continue through our main lobby where the front desk will assist.

  • Tuesday–Friday: 10am – 6pm

  • Saturday: 10am – 4pm

  • Sunday–Monday: Closed

No, parking is unassigned, giving residents flexibility.

Vintage Grove and Palace offers controlled gated access. Blue Tree and Leisure are not gated.

Yes. Maintenance is provided by Westgate staff, including after-hours emergencies.

Residents may request for maintenance through with RentCafe tenant login portal.
